  HEUSSEN Stuttgart continues to grow with renowned lawyer and expert for German-French business relations
  
  On 1 August, the experienced lawyer and expert for German French business relations Dr. Daniel Smyrek joins the commercial law firm HEUSSEN in Stuttgart as a partner.
  Dr. Smyrek is an expert in commercial law, corporate law and international law. He specialises in Franco-German legal relations, commercial law of the Maghreb states and the conduct of complex transnational legal proceedings before state courts as well as arbitral tribunals. He is admitted both as a German lawyer and as a French avocat à la cour. He is also accredited as an arbitrator at the CMAP in Paris and heads the French desk in Stuttgart.

  Leading provider of quantum computing applications Terra Quantum accompanied in expanding its financing round
  
  HEUSSEN Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Munich and, Walder Wyss Ltd. Zurich represented client Terra Quantum AG, a Swiss based quantum technology company, in an extension of its series A financing round in a total amount of USD 75 million. The new capital will, inter alia, enable the company to expand its R&D capabilities and accelerate its international expansion.

  In the latest survey by WirtschaftsWoche on the "most renowned law firms and lawyers for compliance," Dr. Franz Clemens Leisch was recommended particularly frequently by the lawyers surveyed. He and the team are thus among the top addresses for compliance in Germany.
  This corresponds with Leaders League, one of France's leading media and rating agencies. Leaders League published the current ranking after extensive research into various specialist areas of German law firms. This reflects HEUSSEN's development in various areas of consultancy in terms of range of services, mandates and staff expansion with outstanding specialists. These include real estate law with all its interfaces, corporate and M&A, financing, funds, supervisory law and asset management, which is increasingly being recognised internationally.
